There was a discussion around two members who dropped their membership, Jordon Donovan (reported 151st meeting) and Rick Greathouse (still active but dropping in April), who provided reasons for dropping their memberships.

Old Business:

Rev. Heather's Job & Compensation: Rev. Tony and Rev. Heather have started creating a Performance Evaluation form, but we feel we should wait until after the conference for better form and data. Rev. Tony said that they would do it soon after the conference. A discussion then ensued about Rev. Heather being on the Board of Directors. Pro and Cons were discussed. It was agreed to table the issue until after the next Board meeting.

New Business:

2015 NYC Conference Update: Current enrollment is 535. Which is an excellent number for us. Work party for staff scheduled at CMC for Sat. 3.28.15.
1) Not much interest in doing ordination at conference for those who would be eligible. Plus Rev. Tony and Rev. Heather have reservations about this..
2) There will be a meditation room for a Morning reading of the lesson.

2016 Conference Discussed: Negotiations are happening with Rio Resort & Casino in Las Vegas for April 2016. Rev. Tony will update. Needs okay to sign contract. Hope to have people to enroll at New York City conference.
Motion: Rev. Tony be empowered to sign a contract with a Hotel in Las Vegas based on his judgment. Unanimous

Classes: Rev. Dusa Althea successfully teaching Monday drop-in class.

Sunday Service: Rev. Tony thinks things are going well.
