Rev. Tony's health insurance premium went up 43%. Rev. Tony will call to check on rates with a national exchange of Ministers or with AARP. We will talk with Jim Cronin who owns insurance company we work with.

Rent question: Should we look for another space that may be cheaper? Board members felt that we were getting a very good deal considering the cost of commercial rent in San Francisco. It was mentioned that the Conference is a major financial support for the CMC.

Bart is concerned with the financial status of CMC.  He estimates operating cash at $26,000. He feels we are in a risky situation especially if something unexpected happens.

Third quarter in a row in red. The loss has declined in each quarter. Rev. Tony anticipates we will pick up more income with  conference fees in 3rd quarter.

Paul Marinkovich and Seth Hoerth did not go through with affiliating their “Miracle Cell” men's group. They have there own vision that they will pursue.

Associate Ministers are now listed on the CMC web site.

New Business

Designate Rev. Brad Pethoud an Associate Minister. Unanimously accepted.

Should Ministers-In-Training become CMC Supporting Members in order to be CMC Ministers in Training? Currently 11 of 13 Ministers-In-Training are CMC Supporting Members.

Motion: In order to become a CMC ACIM Minister you must be a Supporting Member of the CMC. Passes
4 in favor / 2 abstentions / 1 against.

Progress report on putting up videos from Sunday Service.
Rev. Judy and Rev Peter have been working on this by reaching out to other ACIM teachers and current Ministers-in-Training who have experience with internet video. Rev. Tony has ordered a battery, battery charger, and a manual for the video camera that we have. (Sony HDR-SR12 / 120 GB Full 1080HD) We are learning how to record with the camera. We will have to record parts of the service, create file, edit and upload to a CMC YouTube channel, CMC website, and have a link on Facebook. Additionally, we will have a link for those who want to contribute to the CMC.

Making a recommendation of help for people with dyslexia.
Bart has proposed that we recommend and link from our website to the Davis Dyslexia Correction Center in Burlingame, CA. People with Dyslexia have a great deal of difficulty getting access to ACIM. Bart has personal experience with the effectiveness of this program. Rev. Tony will send a link to Bart’s article about this from CIMS (Course In Miracles Society) for Board members to read. We will discuss at the next meeting.

Meeting Adjourned at 2:00 p.m.

Respectfully Submitted,
Rev. Peter Graham, Secretary
